Pricing
Hourly Rate: $40 per hour
Services are billed hourly to ensure fairness and flexibility, as every home has unique needs and expectations.
After the initial cleaning, I am happy to work with homeowners to establish a consistent schedule and pricing structure that feels fair and comfortable for both parties.
My goal is to build long-term, trusting relationships while providing reliable, high-quality care.
Personalized Approach
I understand that inviting someone into your home is personal. After your first cleaning, we can discuss typical time required, frequency of service, and a predictable rate per visit, if preferred.
This allows for consistency, transparency, and peace of mind.
Supplies & Equipment
I bring professional cleaning supplies, with the exception of a vacuum, which homeowners are asked to provide to ensure proper compatibility with their flooring. Cleaning products can also be tailored to your household preferences and sensitivities.
Estimates & Minimum Booking
Time required varies depending on the size and condition of the home. Estimates can be provided upon request. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required for all services.
